Sometimes I think he's just winding us up. He can't possibly believe half the crap he says.

For a while, I thought he was 'tongue in cheek'. I'm very tired tonight and a little surly, but geez, give me some good techinical reasons here. I'm not the hardest guy on this board to bamboozle but at least throw in some 'boxing sounding stuff' and not an emoticon after every other word.

He was on the Duddy bandwagon for a while then Lorenzo although after losing to Marquez i figuered he would have picked up some other mediocre contender

Well, I was posting when you were, but yeah. I USED to think he was tongue in cheek, but after a while, it never changed and he never really gives any arguments. Any damned parrot can say "styles make fights". So tell me how GL, who lost to Raul (throw more water on this paper bag so I can punch my way out)Marquez is going to wither the storm known as Arthur Abraham?

Abraham may hit him half of much but he is going to hurt him four times as much. AA still has enough power in his punches to take the will to live from an immortal. OK that is a tad bit of an exageration, but I figured I'd write that line down while I rememembered it. :D

You can argue that GL should have beat RM on points, but basically, he lost a war of attrition. You lose that war with AA and you take a nap.

For me it boils down to this: Raul, god bless him, is an old light-middle who has NEVER KOed a legit middle. He went life and death with McKart, who is 70% of what he was in his prime. Nevertheless, Raul is THE best fighter GL has ever faced, and he ****ing LOST.

Well, like I said, I am pretty tired and came across a little harsh on Raul. But it is all relative. I'm sure he could KO me without to much problem. Unfortuneatly, I'm not legit competition.

I kind of hoped he would at least put on a decent boxing show and avoid AA's heavy hands. But he had NOTHING AA had to fear and AA actually put on one of his most unrestrained exhibitions that I have seen to date. Came forward and threw and used his guard less.

Well, us right cost guys need our sleep.....

Just what is the German midget gonna cover up on ropes and then jump up like jack box to land blows that might work a crude slugger like Edison Miranda but just not gonna play with a master boxer like Giovanni who dazzle Abraham with foot work pop him the jab and pound him that big right hand of his:nono

Boo, you have medical experience. Maybe you can explain to me why some wards are allowed access to the net?

I hope this is part of a master plan by the Bob Father. No, Arum does not promote either of these guys, but his tenacles reach deep into the dark bowels of boxing:hey

Lorenzo ain't much, but he should be able to beat "the other Miranda." That means he gets a shot at Arthur Abraham.

Lorenzo is a New York based fighter with a good following among the Puerto Ricans and Dominicans.

John Duddy has a huge Irish following in New York, and now we are hearing revived rumors of a Pavlik/Duddy fight.

Duddy beats Vanda on the next Pavlik card.

    Lornezo beats Miranda.

June: Madison Square Garden: Pavlik/Duddy, Abraham/Lorenzo; HBO shows it on World championship Boxing, they pack the garden, Pavlik and Abraham both come away looking like absolute freaking monsters, and it sets up a nice PPV for October.
