yes Margarito is a cheat. But this is why Floyd never made that fight with margarito years ago. Caldron is like a mini floyd. Segura is like margarito in the sence. Bigger, just keeps punching. Dont think floyd would have hurt him in any way. Sooner or later he would just try to cover up or get stop.

Yes you are on the right track. Caldron has like five KO's while fighting at his natural weight his entire career while Flory has 25 fighting bigger guys and moving up in weight. I would say that they have equal power. Margo didnt have the skill to catch up with Shane so its very unlikely that he would have ever caught up to Floyd.

 

That fight wasnt interesting, it was a one sided beat down. Truth is soaps would have been more interesting after half the fight. It was pretty clear that Calderon was done after a few rounds.

Segura is a vicious body puncher, he never stops coming at your torso.

 

Not impressed with Segura at all. I expected him to be way more technically sound. He fought very sloppy with wide punches and a shitty defense.
Fight reminds me a bit of Margo vs Cotto.

Respect to the winner though.

SEGURA has just made me a fan of his.

He gained one now with that style of his he just kept coming forward, non stop.

Ths was a great fight, and a fight of the year candidate, no matter what people say. Calderon outboxed Segura early, Segura upped the ante to the body and ground Calderon down. If it didn't excite you, that's your problem, but in my honest opinion it was the most exciting fight i can remember seeing this year.
