Great fight but I'm still banking on Marquez vs Katsidis to become the 2010 FOTY but this is still a candidate imo.

A little disappointing because Calderon lost, but it was a good fight none the less.

Calderon is not old bro....this is the only war he's been in where he's taken damage. He just got beat up. He was still fast and still his usual style.....it just wasn't his night. The younger, bigger and relentless fighter took his heart. You could see it. That fighter would always beat him, no matter what age Ivan is.

Incredible fight. The atmosphere was electric, the commentators were crazy enthusiastic. I felt like cheering while I watched it here in my apartment.

Calderon did take a solid right uppercut to the body moments before he went down. I think it took quite abit out of him but he also looked as if he "had enough" at the end.

It certainly was a great round, but there wasn't the ebb and flow that I typically associate with a ROTY.

Granted, Calderdon landed some counters shots on the ropes, but imo Segura was laying it on thick throughout.
