I just copied and pasted part of what I said in a thread about Hatton retiring. As a Ricky Hatton fan in the States since 2002 I have experienced all the highs and lows, in 2002 when he was just a prospect, then in 2005 all of a sudden everybody was a Hatton fan and jumped on the bandwagon. To now where Hatton doesn't get near the respect he should and everybody just kicks him when he is down at his lowest point now. He dominated the JWW division and established himself as an ATG at JWW, went up to WW and didn't have the success as he did at JWW, but he still took on all that big challenges and didn't back down from anybody. Also, a shout out to Antonio Escalante. I've seen Tony fight twice live and he is a very good fighter, very exciting and hopefully he will get a World Title shot in his next fight or at the very least later this year. Pac #1. Clottey's cool, but I hope Pac wins. Pac has power, speed, great workrate, but most importantly for me is his fighting spirit! He has the killer instinct. A relentless tiger overpowering its prey.
