I have never been high on AJ but give credit where its due. AJ looks like a complete different fighter now, finally displaying going forward aggression, something that was severely lacking since the Ruiz fights. I also don't want to overreact like some of you have, since it was a MMA guy after all, but AJ has been impressive lately. I'm not sure why Fury let go of Davison but Davison deserves credit for the work hes done. Surely hes better then Coach of the Year Derrick James (overrated). Now Fury vs AJ is all of a sudden much more interesting.

Leigh Woods 12th round comeback KO over Conlan saved Davidson's job

I'd say it has a lot to do with staying active also, but yes, Ben has helped him believe again.

Of course he deserves his credit but once the honeymoon is over will they last ? We’ve seen it before in boxing periods of success between fighter and trainer praising each other , only to split down the line

It is curious. AJ started to fight worse oposition and suddenly at the same time he started to look better. I'm puzzled. What a misterious mistery.....

This seems to get overlooked by most people. All decent boxers look amazing until they fight someone that hits them back.

Activity is key. It’s no surprise that Parker and Joshua are fighting regularly and they are top of the pile.

Jesus Christ, he fought light-puncher Wallin and an MMA fighter.
Let's see him walk forward on Wilder, Zhang, even Parker.
Actually let's see him make those fights even.

Fast Eddie Hearn won’t let this fights happen. Too much risk.
