Actually, Floyd can be beat. I mean, it was once thought Muhammed Ali, Roy Jones, Sugar Ray Robinson and Mike Tyson couldn't be beat....but they were all beaten.

How to beat the shoulder roll artist:
Hop left and throw the hook. Don't just stare at his left shoulder all night.

Canelo did as best he could. This was a learning experience. I think mayweather should fight more youngin's on basic cable to take them to school for the better of their boxing education.

Don't compare Floyd to any of those fighters, He is much better, much more hard working, and much more intelligent than them. Floyd never neglects training, takes steroids, damage his body, etc. Robinson took too many fights and fought in bad conditions (severe dehydration in one fight) Mayweather allows his body to be fully healed on between fights, takes care of his hands etc etc.

Exactly. This is one of the things that can be done and done effectively.

It is strange that no boxer would consider it wise to stand before a George Foreman and Slug, or to not jab as Mike Tyson comes near, or to drop thier hands before Muhammed Ali's flicking jab. Yet...they all just stand there in front of Mayweather and try to outbox him after he gets set. It's crazy....and I'm getting sick of watching such stupidity by these so-called professional boxers. Really, I'm beginning to believe that the boxing proffessional community is ******ed.

And you'd be hopping right into range of the best right-hand pull-counter artist in the game right now.

actually to me he did look totally outclassed.

Though I will say he did better then I thought he would, and did give a good showing.

    But really, he was outclassed.

And canelo will not only not rule boxing, he will never rule a division.

Actually, Canelo's low blow put a stop to Mayweather's excessive holding. Also, I bet Mayweather didn't even think of using his elbows an elbow after that low blow.

It's amazing how affective the uppercut can be when applied below the belt. It's the cure for head holding, elbowing and a lot of other ring vices.

Canelo deserves no props whatsoever and he and his team are a disgrace to the great tradition of Mexican boxing. He could not hit Mayweather with a sack of rice.
