would you not feel a little more comfortable with him at least beating guys not ranked over 100? its nice that he is fighting often..but all of them to have no hopers...im just not sold on any guy that comes up short in all his big fights....and im not sold on anyone who got somehow praise for taking a beating and losing every round and coming in heavy on the biggest fight of your life...im telling you..if he fights another can and blasts him out in a round and gets wlad next...it will be another one sided win for wlad...i agree there is no other real lick your chops match ups...so he only gets this fight by default...because he hasnt earned it nor deserves it

Why hasn't the mexican american, Christobal The Nightmare Arreola returned the half dozen or so call of fellow MEXICAN AMERICAN, David NINO Rodriquez?

I mean Chris has fought 4 times this year, and against Cclass opposition, rated lower than 75 on the boxrec ratings. Rodriquez is alledgely a Cclass fighter and rated 87, and he's a fellow MEXICAN AMERICAN.

If you wanna be a fan of a latino fighter, and continue to say he fights anyone anywhere, then your'e really a fan of NINO, because he tries to fight anyone who will return his call, and Chris got about 6 of his calls.

So much for him fighting anyone anywhere. Ducking an 87th ranked HW.

Love Chris....he's limited talent wise but the kid has a warriors spirit and willing to mix it up with the best. I'm glad he's taking his conditioning serious because that is the only chance he has to grab a title before his career's a wrap! He's always exciting which you gotta respect as a boxing fan.

I rewatched the Vitali - Arreola fight the other day, and Arreola gave Vitali more bother than anyone else since his comeback -- Vitali actually had to go to Plan B, using movement and body shots to slow Arreola, the latter of which he seldom employs.

Arreola gave it a good effort, Vitali is just a damn great fighter.

Arreola deserves a lot of credit for getting the message that he needs to be in shape for his fights. People gave him **** for showing up in poor condition, and rightfully so - but he also deserves credit for his recent improved conditioning.

Chris Arreola is a tough HW. I'd like to see him around 230 vs Wlad.
