great comeback from Froch, then he goes and calls out Joe
let it go Carl, it ain't ganna happen

Carl Froch has all the determination, grit and courage, but he has soo many flaws and JC would take him to school

concentrate on guys like andrade, bute and even Kessler (although i think kessler beats him)

Like Froch said - it's only boxing, why the hell not do it?

He just wants to fight Joe, it would make both guys good money and give the fans a massive night to relish

I don't see the harm in it

my only slight annoyance with froch is this constant calling out jc,
jc wont be coming back froch should focus on the current crop of fighters at the weight unify the divison and then retire a content and hopfuly wealthy man... all that said the boy was amazing last night

Joe doesn't fancy the fight and hopefully this win will convince Carl that it has nothing to do with his popularity and he can concentrate on people who do want the fight.

Why the **** are people moaning that someone like Froch is calling out Calzaghe?

Only an idiot would do that now.

Froch pissed me off in the past and i said he woudln't make it, but after his last two fight's all that has gone out of the window.

Froch can call out King Kong and Godzlilla as far as i''m concerned.

He's proved himself now and shut a lot of people up including myself.

I picked both Pascal and Taylor to beat him and the man fouight like a warrior twice with world class comp.

He is flawed yes, but he's also a warrior in that ring and deseves to call out Cazlaghe.

Its up to Calzaghe now to have the balls and step up to the young gun Froch.

What's funny is that all the people who tell Froch to stop calling out Calzaghe are the same ones who would love it if the fight was made.

This is a damn good fight against two Brits and Calzaghe is not prime anymore.

For me this now a very interesting fight.

Carl Froch is willing to fight the best wether they are active or retired.

The time to worry is when fightetr's are'nt calling out the best.

It nakes no sense whatsoever for any sane boxing fan to complain about Carl Froch, the WBC Super middleweight Champion calling out Joe Calzaghe after he juts KTFO Jermain Taylor.

He's calling out the best ffs.

Do people want him fighting bum's ffs?

Calzaghe coud easily come out of a short retriment and answer Frochs challenge.

He's calling out who would make him the most money. The retired Calzaghe, a HBO marquee fighter. The middleweight Kelly Pavlik...a HBO marquee fighter.

The best in his division is Kessler. Is he calling him out?

    Boxing is business.

He did not ruin it, that was class, it's what he's got to do! This is what Hatton did for Mayweather, you rather everyone be like Cotto and Pavlik "I will fight whoever my manager puts infront of me" that hypes nothing.

joe is retired with his legacy intact, Carl should stop behaving like a love sick teenager and make his own legacy

just let the man retire in peace and stop trying to make your name of his

its annoying me because i've got idiot casuals who know nothing of Calzaghe and the sweet science hearing froch then saying **** like "uuuuuuhhhh Calzaghe's scared of this fella"

Joe can spit better boxing then Froch and i don't wanna rain on the mans parade, but he's just so technically flawed

An anywhere near the vicinity of prime Calzaghe would absolutely embarass Froch. Joe is more skilled than Taylor and doesnt have the heart, chin and stamina issues that he carries. Joe would have to be shot for Froch to win. Great heart and great comeback but Carl's limited skills were badly exposed. Something ive been expecting to see for a long while.

I have to say I thought Froch's night was great bar the bit about Calzaghe. In a way it makes me wonder if he knows a bit more about the "permanent" retirement of Joe than we all do.

I don't mind Froch, and am not a fan of Calzaghe, but Froch going on about Joe all the time does get a bit tiresome. Having said that Calzaghe used to trash talk back in the day - a lot - he didn't openly call out tricky opponents mind (perhaps lacked the cahooners)- so I guess if you've dished it out in the past you have to accept it back.

    Is he ****.

He does NOT want to relive Round 3 once more.

He was even asked about Kessler directly. He didn't even dare mention the name Kessler, and neither did his promoter!
