He hasn't been proven guilty of anything. And there is no evidence whatsoever that he did anything wrong in any of his other fights. Zip, Nada, Zilcho!

I agree with you. But unfortunately in this society, that doesn't mean ****. If it's even implied by several news sources, the people will gobble it up and believe it. In this case, it was mentioned during the fight, when people are all emotional and at the edge of their seats. My point is that whenever you mention Margarito's name from now on, boxing fans will think of the illegal wrap stuff. And that is very sad.

Listen here. If Cotto chooses to challenge the legality of his fight against Margarita once the California boxing commission determines the hand wraps Margarita attempted to use were INDEED illegal, Cotto should purse whatever type of action necessary to demand a rematch sanctioned by the Commission. Like I said earlier, Margarita has now opened himself to investigation for possible infractions the Commission deems meritorious.

 

That is interesting that you mention that an official is there during the wrapping, is there a way to hide this? Is there someone in the know who can confirm or deny this?

 

Mosley cheated...HOWEVER when it comes to the juice we dnt know if he actaully gained an advantage..I know that people come on web sites and start throwing around stuff like they are aware of what it is....EPO makes more viable red blood cells, and in doing so it promotes BETTER muscles not more muscles....Which is still unproven as to what if any affect it has when used as a performance-enhancing drugs .

The cast that Margo put on his hands has a known affect on fighters faces and heads that is a proven fact. Its not the same...Its like saying that a Major league baseball player that is on juice is aided by that as much as a player that uses an aluminum bat...That isnt true....

 

Nobody wants to "hang" Margarita. Stop with the exaggerations. If/when the CA commission announces the wraps were illegal, Margarita should be suspended for up to one year.
