-Pacquiao has a fight scheduled in November.
-What couldn't he have a "tune up" fight before facing Pacquiao (or not).
    -Another belt to his collection.

Agreed. And Ortiz is the best welterweight outside of May and Pacman. Who else should he fight. Should he interupt the Super Six and fight Carl Froch or maybe David Diaz, Julio Diaz, and Juan Diaz all in the sam enight? Too bad Juan Diaz just retired so I guess Ortiz is the only opponent who makes sense.

Hes virtually silent while all his fans try their best to defend him not facing Pacman and all the nonsense thats gone with it. And as soon as Pacmans schedule is booked hes out of the woodwork and making some noise.

This isnt the 1st opponant this has happened with, he did similar things with Cotto and Mosley when they were really strong in the division.

Nothing against choosing Ortiz in itself, hes credible and highly ranked after his recent win over whats his name but its not the one we want, where was he recently before Pacman got his fight with Marquez.

    Ortiz went straight through Berto.

He is a young up and comer, its a good fight.

Who else can Mayweather fight outside Pac?
Bradleys done **** at WW and looked like **** his past 2
fights - on top of that he dont deserve a shot with the
    crap he's pulled lately.

If Mayweather fought anyone outside of Ortiz/Pac, then everyone
would say that he was ducking Ortiz, he cant win.

I like that Ortiz has been rewarded after a loss a few fights back.
It goes to show that having an undefeated record aint the be all and end all.

    Andre Berto.

Yet again Mayweather fights a live and legitimate opponent whilst Emmanuel pecks at the table scraps.

thank you, i will accept that Floyd opponant seems more of a challenge than Pacmans. Marquez is great but he isnt a Welterweight. Even at a 144 cacthweight
