Fair enough. Although I do think Pac's win over DLH really made him blow up in the media.

    Thank you! :happy

UliUli is obsessed to the point he can't even answer a simple question or discuss anything without turning into a foamy-mouthed maniac.

What's your point Popkins???? You're obvioulsy a *******, but what is your point???

Do you want to know why DLH was the heavy favorite??? Do you want to know why he lost???

You want to know if this has ever happned before, maybe not, so, now that we have established that there probably isn't another time when something like this happened, we should investigate and dissect the fight to see what happened, and why the overwhelming upset.

I did already. Oscar came down in weight 7 pounds, actually 8 pounds, and only picked up 1 pound on fight night..he was so dehydrated that he needed IV to stay on his feet.

While Pac came in HEAVIER on fight night.

Had the public known that he was going to **** himself up like that, you bet your ass the #s would be different.

    Happy. :hi:

I know this doesn't quite fit the criteria but Montel Griffen's DQ win over RJJ is not taken seriously at all.

In fact DLH didn't dehydrate himself he was down on weight weeks before the fight from dieting. He would have been better off doing what boxers always do and making the weight over the last few days by dehydration.. Why do you think he gain no weight at all after the 24 hour weigh in?

    Nope.

    Nope.

If you want, I can privatemail you with very clear instructions on what the thread is about. I mean, it should be patently obvious from the opening post, it's not at all complicated or difficult, but I work with disabled children in my job so I'm sure I can explain it in a way you will grasp if we just work at it together :good

    :patsch Really??

Not dehydrated...That's why he weighed 146 at the weigh in, and 147 fight night, and NEEDED IV!!!!!!

No, he needed IV because he was a LITTLE THIRTSY right  :patsch

True. But of course the issue is complicated by the fact that Jones seemed to be on the brink of a stoppage victory at the time of the DQ. At least, that was my assessment of the situation. God, I haven't watched that fight in a long time, may do so now, I recall it being very interesting seeing how Superman coped with genuine adversity.

No, it's never happened on this level. People are right to write the win off.

This just goes to show that you CANNOT make a General Forum thread without fanboy psychopaths ****ing it up with the same tired old playground bull**** every time. Dire.

    Exactly! :good

    This thing hasn't happened before....

The reason this happened was because Oscar ****ed himself very bad.

Now, perhaps Pac would have still won, maybe, but the reason he dominated the way he did was because Oscar was a zombie that night.

So because people post things you don't agree with, or things you try to pretend didn't happen, it's ****ing up a thread where things like this are discussed???! :patsch I bet you always want to be the first to ride the pony at the petting zoo too...
