Lewis was nowhere near his prime. At a career highest weight and looked visibly lethargic. His footwork was a mess comapred to what it usually was.

Viatli was in his prime. 03-04 was Vitalis prime.

Lewis openly said before the fight with Vitali also that unless he could get another big money rematch with Tyson he would consider retiring.

Vitali won rounds 1-4 quite comfortably. Rounds 5-6 Vitali got the left hand side of his face caved in and the only thing keeping him on his feet for much of the 6th was Lennox.

As for corrupt Doctor... if the fight had continued Vitali would have been blind in one eye and possibly KO'd in the 7th or 8th rounds anyway.

Vitali started well but then got beat up for 2 rounds before the fight was stopped... winning the first 4 rounds in a 12 round fight counts for **** all.
