You can’t go wrong with Danny López, Matthew Saad Muhammad, and Bobby Chacon, for me the three most exciting fighters ever. Also, Ruben Olivares, Frank Fletcher, Felix Trinidad are incredible viewing.

An iron chinned constantly forward moving devastating middleweight powerhouse with non stop heavy punching to the body and to the head. A terrific pressure fighter with Joe Frazier like head movement. He had the likes of Hagler, Monzon, Mustafa Muhammad, Cyclone Hart, Rodrigo Valdez backing up and also competed in so many wars against them.

His 2nd bout with Rodrigo Valdez was an unforgettable middleweight classic. Followed by his fights with Monzon (2nd), Hagler, Hart, Muhammad, Mundine and his bout with Gutierrez and Hayward were said to be exciting as well.

Then you have the Valdez trilogy. This is one of, if not, the most underrated trilogy of all time as all three of the fights were action packed fights with lots of back and forth action.

Has Duran been mentioned? It's an obvious one but if you haven't watch all you can of his work at 135lbs.

Like most I could suggest many…but for today Yoko Gushiken stands out to me. I think his foot work, positioning and balance are top notch. A master at moving in and out to control/dictate pace and space to his liking. His power makes it even more entertaining, and I love the way he fights and makes you fight 3 minutes a round. I lose track of how many of his KD’s come over the last 30 seconds or so of a round. + he has cool hair

Roman Chocolatito Gonzalez. His fights are almost always exciting and very aesthetically pleasing to watch. Just watch his fights against:
    Akira Yaesgashi
    Brian Viloria
    Carlos Cuadras
    Juan Francisco Estrada 1 & 2
    Srisaket Sor Rungvisai 1 & 2
    Kal Yafai
    Julio Cesar Martinez

Great minds - I came here to suggest him.

The highest compliment I can pay Boza is that in the 1980s, an era chock full of exciting fighters, I think he was the most exciting fighter of that entire decade.

You can’t go wrong with the following fights:
    Alexis Arguello
    Rafael Limon
    Bobby Chacon 1 and 2
    Rolando Navarette
    Roberto Elizondo
    Rocky Lockridge
    Guy Villegas
    John Montes
    Terrence Ali

Maybe a current fighter, which adds the unknown element to the excitement: My Granddaughter and I are enjoying watching the progress of "The Towering Inferno," Sebastian Fundora, a 6 feet 5.5 inch Super Welterweight, who, in spite of his obvious height and reach advantages, loves to get in there and trade inside. He's currently 19-0-1 with 13 Knockouts, and has recently picked up some sort of WBC (interim?) belt, by TKO 9, in a fight where both men hit the canvas.

I love the old Jeff, and it’s good to see he’s looking well after a serious health issue a little while back.

Speaking of Zarate. Jeff might’ve dodged a bullet in their fight. Jeff kicked off with the upper hand, including a KD but old Carlos began to dig back - beginning to land some of his signature power shots to the body - he was really starting to even things up a bit.

But then Jeff was cut, it was ruled to be the result of an accidental head butt so they stopped it in the fourth and went to the scorecards.

Zarate actually thought they stopped the fight in his favour and began to celebrate until it was communicated to him as to what was actually going on.

Of course Jeff won based on the hitherto scores.

Big problem though - it appeared maybe that the cut was actually caused by a legit punch. Excellent and gutsy performance by Zarate until the stoppage - particularly being somewhat past prime.
