Give me the Aussie angle on the Pac vs Cotto fight this weekend?

I'm spewing at Bayless, had money at good odds on Manny by decision, thought I was finally going to collect for the first time in years.

 

Fair enough i too believe a man is innocent unless proven guilty.

But i just remembered Cotto was great for 6 rounds. Against Pac he was only good for 1.

 

Did anyone who caught the sky boradcast hear the post fight interview? or know a video link for the post fight press conference?

Missed it - wanna know what pac/cotto both had to say...

**** i feel sad after this fight.Like I don't wana be talking boxing.It feels sad to see Cotto, being a good humble person lose like that.I wish it was a draw!

 

More importantly it was a good stoppage. Should have been stopped mid rounds and I don't think anyone would've complained if it were stopped a few rounds prior. Miguel took a hell of a beating.

 

Manny is a freak. I agree it should have been stopped earlier by his cornermen.

Mayweather/Pacquiao is hard to pick. Possibly a toss up. If anyone can get to Mayweather though, Pacquiao looks like the man to do it.

 

Manny is a pure fighting machine. Luved the fight, Cotto was 100% ready but was simply beat down by this amazing fighter. I honestly can't see how floyd beats him. Outstanding performance from the Pacman. Its hard to not like a fighter that continually fights the way he does.

 

i made a prediction for 2009 thread at the start of the year saying Floyd would come out of retirement and beat Manny maybe he will next year but every fight Manny has he looks better and better.floyd will spank Moseley and avoid Manny i reckon.

Yeah I want Mosley/Pac more than PBF/Pac - hmm maybe not want it more but it's definitely the better fight imo.

Mosley can take him though I think. So long as he doesn't head hunt from the start and boxes.

Shame, Mosley is taking on Berto in Jan - there are serious problems with the sport if Pac and Floyd don't fight. I hope to god Mosley does beat Berto and then take on the winner of Floyd/Pac

Cotto may also gun for a Mosley rematch now as well - Mosley may take it to avenge the loss

i think pac is an all time great but i cant see him beating mayweather.
