Canelo was a bit green when he faced Mayweather. Canelo was a more complete, accomplished and better fighter when he faced Crawford.Plus Crawford jumped 2 weight division and there no weight clauses involved.

 

Crawford has weighed around 180lbs for YEARS.. I bet Mayweather doesn't weigh much more than 160 NOW.. the Canelo Crawford fight wasn't some huge gigantic win in terms of weight Slaying.. Crawford is under the umbrella of SNAC.. u cut unnatural anounts of weight prior to fight night to maximize your advantage over the smaller divisions.. Mayweathers win was better.. he is smaller than TC & though u could argue Canelo was greener back then you could also argue this Canelo is faded as he clearly can't pull the trigger any more and his performances lately have been uninspiring.
