Givve Hatton a break for fighting Lozcano....

At the time he got a bit of a hard time on these boards, nowhere near the level Hatton seems to get.

The fight was on at 11pm but what was the purpose of the Manfredo fight?

Hatton has just fought the best fighter on the planet, he got his ass handed to him fair enough. But he still gave it a bash, he came right out after the Castillo fight and and asked for Mayweather.

How about Witter goes to the States makes a name for himself and calls out the P4P#1?

He'd have to fight Hatton first to have a reason to fight the guy who put Hatton to sleep.

face it hatton is a ***** ducking witter, witter has called him out and got in his face several times, if a man done that to me i would want to fight him.

 

Who forces you to buy it? everyone can go on about the box office thing, bottom line is as a boxer your out to make as much money as possible. Hatton is no different, he's calling this a homecoming for his fans coz he's not fought in Manchester in about 3 years.

I have no problem with Hatton getting a busy fight. It is just common sense.

when hatton makes loads and loads of money what does it do for you as a fan?

Well he only proved to be a slapper and a hometown fighter with that ****. He didnt blow **** out of the water. He did not even land punches.

 

What the hell does it have to do with it? well if the fight did happen who would be bringing the fans, money and American exposure? Hatton, why? because he got off his arse and made a name for himself in America, has Witter?

There's 2 ways of looking at it, 1- if Hatton hates him so much he should make the fight and knock him out. 2- He dislikes him so much he doesn't want to give him the exposure and payday that would set him up for life.

Personally I'd rather they just made the fight coz it would settle a lot of stuff, but if Witter really wanted this fight he'd go to America put on a few devastating displays and HBO would force the fight.

 

It doesn't do anything for me personally, if I want to pay for a fight I'll pay for it. Or wait a day or 2 and get it on Youtube.

Exactly that was my whole point but if you had read my earlier posts, why did he not just go to America for the exposure and fight an opponent that should've been in the ring with him to get exposure?
