What he say's makes no sense and I hear it a lot. A heavyweight fight is no different to any other fight in any other weight class. A heavyweight hitting or taking shot's from another heavyweight is no different than a lightweight hitting or taking shot's from another light weight.
:huh They are taking punches from guy's who are as huge as they are so it's no different than a lightweight taking a shot from another lightweight. :nut
atschatschatsch So a 230lbs man taking a flush hook from a 265lbs+ man is the exact same thing as a 155lbs man taking a flush hook from another 155lbs man. Have another one, that was too dumb: atsch
So do Glass Chincheckers with Glass Chinchecking Abilities :rofl 43-4 *****. You suck at the art you've devoted your troll existence to. Epic Fail of a career. :yikes
The whole point of your thread was to dispell the notion that Liddell had an Iron Chin and while I will happily concede that more people rated Rampage's Chin not one of them said that Liddell was less-than-Iron-Chinned and most said that it was extremely close when the two men were in their primes. You have yet to refute that point choosing instead to harp on "43-4" as if it proved anything. It has proven nothing, the only thing that you know about Glass Jaws comes from your own experiences with your Fragile British Chin. Now kindly shut the **** up and leave the Chin Talk to the experts, Mr. Pseudointellectual nuthugger.:hi:
POPKINS 43 METALMANIDLE 4 YOU GOT "PWNED" IN YOUR OWN BACKYARD. CHINCHECKER HUMILIATED BY NON-CHINCHECKER. :rofl:rofl:rofl
i dont think your bone density in your chin is any different with weight but the force of a punch surely is.
Yeah. Realistically the force behind the punch is going to scale more quickly with the increased muscle-mass and size than the hypothetical 'chin' of the fighters. Furthermore, you can argue that the lightweight population, as a result of the fact that it has a far more captive 'audience' of athletes that makes up a larger portion of the population, would naturally end up with the talent that'd have more 'chin', or so to speak. A Frankie Edgar, in terms of absolute athleticism/taken as a 'natural athlete' against the Heavyweight population, could be a KO-machine. Hell, look at MM's list. All but 2 of the top 10 fought their best years at Light-heavy or heavy, and they're starting to break down to a certain degree.
