He was knocked down by Pajkic. He was rocked badly by Firtha too.

The disparity really isn’t that great. And it’s interesting to me That you was willing to brush off Fury’s as a balance issue but not Wilder’s. He isn’t packing glass. He’s technically not great and quite light for the weight, you’d expect him to be rocked a couple of times at least. If it was glass he was packing, he’d have been stopped or at least properly floored rather than the messy KD’s you’ve mentioned just now.

I was talking about the Nichols fight being more of a balance issue but still a legit albeit uncounted knockdown.

At the end of the day Furys chin has stood up to far more scrutiny. He ate shots from Wlad an ATG HW, he got up from Wilders best shot to win the remainder of the round and in most eyes the fight. Wilder never recovered after being hurt from Fury. Furys punch resistance is better. End of discussion.

Oh ok, my bad I didn’t realise that’s what you meant.

Lol that was never the discussion. The discussion was about Wilder being glass and I’m yet to see a respectable case being made for it. But on that topic, I actually don’t think Fury’s chin is great. Better than Wilder’s but not exactly granite. It’s Fury’s recovery power that has helped him in the past. He can go down heavy - as he did against Cunningham - but his legs fix themselves real quick.

getting knocked down isn't something you can always equate to a dodgy mandible.
felix trinidad regularly went down in the first 2-3 rounds of his fights, but he also had a tendency to get up and KO his opponents afterwards.
