Steve Cunningham and JMM (glass jaw is stretch in his case tbf)

Cunningham has very little punch resistance but he recovers incredibly well.

 

Fury and Wilder are examples. Though I'm sure if Wilder actually fights somebody with a pulse, he'd get starched.
