Glazkov will fight Darnell Wilson on Hopkins/Kovalev undercard.

Glazkov and it wont be remotely competitive

 

Disappointing from Glazkov. He beat Adamek this year in a big win and since has fought Rossy and now Wilson. He's losing the momentum from the Adamek win.

Wilson will come to fight so it should be an entertaining, but one-sided, fight. Its also good Glazkov squezzed a third fight in this year. Just seemed he'd be looking at facing another top 10 guy instead of 2 straight showcase fights.

 

Glazkov is being poorly promoted, he should be fighting another ranked contender.

But at least he's getting in another fight this year. Hopefully in 2015 we'll see him in a more meaningful fight.

 

It probably costs a pretty penny to compel any relevant heavyweight to agree to the surefire robbery that's coming their way if they agree to fight Glazkov on a Main Events promoted card.

 

Hope Ding's getting a nice payday for this one. He's not posted in a coupla months but maybe we'll get an update now the news has broken.

Best of Luck to Ding but I'd have to think that Slava takes this one despite his appalling performance in his last outing.

This, with all due respect to Ding.

Any heavy with chin issues can potentially be upset by Ding - even at 40 and even though he is a natural cruiser (his power did carry up to HW, maybe not entirely but enough) - but Glazkov's issues are not chin related.

Too much of a size and skill disparity here for anything other than a W for Glazkov with Ding not having the puncher's chance he would against chinny heavyweights.
