Glen Johnson beat Carl Froch

Haven't watched it in a while but I remember I thought Johnson won at the time but I seemed to be in the minority who thought so. I seem to remember most of Froch's punches didn't land, were blocked whereas Johnson landed some clean right hands. Was a while ago so I will have to watch the fight again.

 

Its always interesting with Froch. Froch is an old slow SMW that some think is one of Wards big wins for just beating him, yet there are some people who feel Froch lost to Pascal, Dirrell, Johnson as well as losing to Kessler and now there is the Groves scenario. I recall Frochs fight with Adamu as being very close.
Thing is years ago when Johnson was at his SMW prime he couldnt get passed the tough journeyman stage, losing to Sheika and Branco etc, yet as the division got weaker, a past best Johnson became a top 10 SMW

 

One thing is for sure, Joe Calzaghe beats Carl Froch by shutout.
