Do you really think Direll would take on Bute after a 1 1/2 lay-off ? he was suppose to fight this week end and the fight was cancel so we don't even know when he could fight!

Demers has legal problems, thus that's happened.

Dirrell has been given the green light on fighting again, why aren't Butes management showing him any interest?

Demers legal are from 2008 and he can cross the border any times he wants. Demers wrote on his Facebook that the first time the fight got push back was because Direll had a minor injury and the second time (yesterday) Direll had death in his close friends or family .

I don't know who to believe but with that Dr Shawhi story i have to go with Demers.

Agreed. Neither has a suitable opponent lined up.

Bute vs Dirrell is the best fight that can be made for both of them.

    I would watch it!

But they're fully willing giving Pavlik that $1.3m package deal, the same Pavlik who recently was admitted to REHAB?

Why then can't Dirrell get the same type of deal?

are you that ******ed to think Direll will fight Bute after 1,5 years of pause without a couple of tune ups first? Bute needs someone for november, there's no way in hell Direll can stand up to the challenge so short notice you idiot,he was about to fight Demers for **** sake, what that tells you? i guess nothing cause you don't need to think, you need to put your red nose back and entertain some more....

Ibox already state that they are intersted to fight Direll , no offer have been made though they were probably waiting for Direll to fight Demers but now that the fight his off they will probably take it in consideration.

One thing is certain it's that we will have news this week.

Why do you say Bute's management didn't show any interest for Dirrell? Did they tell you? They thought about him but it can't work.

Why does Kessler need 2 tune up fights before facing Bute?

For the same reason Dirrell's promoter won't put him in front of the Romanian for his first comeback fight. In addition, Showtime are still angry at Dirrell and the last news I heard (close from Interbox) were that they didn't want Dirrell on their channel.

If you were Dirrell's promoter, would you put him in front of Bute for his comeback fight?

he has a ****ing reason to not fight anyone if you look hard enough...you guys are beyond pathetic

Your post get dumber and dumber. Showtime has sign Bute for the single reason to put him with the S6 winner:

And anyway why would he go to LHW when the biggest fights like Froch Ward Kessler are so close.

Because he's not ready for a fight with Bute(his management said that), he's injured and still has issues to resolve before coming back.

Ready or not.... is not the most important factor why Dirrell is not getting a shot at Bute.

SHOWTIME don't want him back for now and Interbox mentioned it again in ''La Presse'', a Montreal newspaper, not too long ago.

He is at the bottom of Showtime's wish list, not Interbox.

Fights are on Showtime and heavily financed by them, therefore they have the last say in all of this.

I personally would much prefer to see Dirrell against Bute and as a matter of fact, if Dirrell comes in focused and in great shape, I say he beats Bute on points.
