this shiet is going to a decision. Froch will outbox YES outbox Glen Johnson. Wasn't Johnson losing to Green on 2 scorecards before the KO?

it's an interesting match up, that's for sure. two pressure fighters (johnson more so) going toe to toe. glen can definitely win this fight, but i don't think he's knocking froch out. i've got johnson SD, maybe even UD if he wants it bad enough.

Children. please. calm down. There are way too many variables to consider in this fight to make such bold predictions. Yes, the OP is
a couchfan moron who knows dick about the science, but the rest
of you are just feeding the troll. I don't see a stoppage in this fight.
In fact, i like froch if the fight is at range for the slight majority of
the fight, but favor GJ if he can stay in froch's wheelhouse and
touch the cobra with 2-3 shots here and there. But this fight IS
very likely going 12 with an undetermined winner.

I can't see Johnson winning on points. Froch will jab and stick from outside and if this goes full rounds will get a wide UD.

Still there will be moments when the shots are traded and the guys determine the toughness of each other. Glen's way better than AA and Froch won't be able to keep him at bay with his backhand straight all night. Nor will he want to - he's got too much of a streetbrawlers soul in him.

Froch is still a favorite to win this and Glen's a big underdog

Wow. just wow. Got news for ya bro man. Froch tucks up nice and
keeps his opponents lead foot inside his nice, plus he's not really
slower than johnson. Glen will have to do more than bob in to land
those rights because carl has a ****load of reach on him and throws
a peach of an uppercut. Two things you didn't consider when you had
johnson just walking right in and landing combo's on froch like he was
a butterbean opponent. Your script isn't gonna go on june 4th like you
posted here, and i will come see you after it's done just to stick your
nose in it and put you back in the chat rooms where you belong.

Gee, surprised to see you here. You 2 must be the only blacks
who still watch boxing in this country. Could it be the disgracful
performances and cowardice that is turning them away?

Those 2 scorecards were ****, seriously johnson was taking it to Green. I had Johnson up by a couple of rounds if I remember, and he had been landing the meaningful shots. But this is a different fight, Froch is a different animal than Green. Green has no heart, and no chin, but with good skills and good knockout power. Froch is all heart, balls, and grit. Froch has shown better skills in recent years, obviously he had a close fight with Kessler and took Abraham to the woodshed. His fight with Direll was very ugly and very close, I scored it to Dirrell, by the slimmest of Margins. But Dirrell was a slick and smooth boxer, with good height and great range, not to mention a young buck by todays standards. Johnson is a 40ish old bull who come at you all fight long, if you try to engage him than you fight his fight. The only way Johnson win, is if Froch plants and trades with him. I don't see that happening, obviously Froch isn't chad dawson in terms of speeds and footwork, but he isn't glen johnson slow either. I think he will fight in spurts and use his height to dictate the fight. Johnson went 1-1-1 with Clinton Woods, even if u believe that Johnson won all 3, they were all close fights, Woods is not in Froch's league. Froch by decision.

A clear UD or a TKO/KO victory fore Froch. He is the bigger, stronger and better boxer.....!

Froch's best bet is to get on his bike and try to outbox Johnson. He damn sure isn't going to outfight/outslug him and if he tries he will end up getting the worst of it. I've been surprised how many picks I've seen over the last couple months calling for a Froch KO victory. If anyone gets KO'd in this one it will be Froch, I guarantee it.

  14. A few things:

Froch has some very bad habits--I'll name a couple:
He keeps his left hand way too low way too often. Glen will be able to get the overhand right in with regularity.
Froch has a bad habit of bringing his right foot and leg along for the ride when throwing the right hand--which squares him up and could potentially put him off balance.

@ 168, Johnson is faster. I noticed it in the Green fight. Froch won't be expecting this, and probably won't know what to do about it.

If Andre Dirrell can hurt Froch, then so can Glen Johnson. The fact of the matter is, Glen has been in with bigger, stronger, and faster fighters over the course of his career, and Froch isn't going to show Glen anything that he hasn't seen before.

I honestly expect to see a Glen Johnson KO in this fight based on the things I noted above.
