Glen Johnson is going to KO Froch

Everyone writes Froch off before every fight but apart from the kessler fight he has won every time so im not betting against the cobra, i predict he will outbox Johnson to a ud.

 

Froch will completely dismantle Johnson. Mark my words.

 

I see it being a tough fight for Froch, just because of Glen's track record. But i see Carl winning a UD maybe even a late stoppage.

 

actually Froch is a big favorite. He was the favorite against Direll too and even odds against Abraham as well.

 

Look Bedwetter26. I understand what you are trying to say, but now you need to get over the Johnson BS.
Froch might not be a gig inside fighter, but neither are alot of the SMWs with less power and skill that Johnson lost to

Youre excited because Glen beat Green better than your hero Ward, but remember, Johnson couldnt beat alot of poor SMWs that I listed for you and is 8-3-1 in world title fights, and out on his feet against Woods in their first fight, and Woods was C level

Chad was also soundly beaten by Froch's leftovers; Pascal who is a pressure fighter like Johnson who Dawson narrowly beat.

Johnson will come at Froch all night but Froch will work on that backfoot and when Johnson's in close Froch will do what needs to be done to counter and/or escape. To beat Froch Johnson will have to maintain a workrate that he can't sustain at his age the only reason he didn't gas vs Green like he did Cloud is because it's Alan ****ing Green!

 

The only weapon of note in the dawson,and Green fights were Johnsons overhand right,and he only landed that when they stepped off the gas (which they did a lot).Green also made very amateurish mistakes against Johnson,having been tagged with the overhand right as early as the first round,he started circling to his left (Johnsons right !!) for the remainder of the fight, and whenever he stopped throwing punches,he walked straight onto Johnsons right hand.
Dawson may be the better technician,but Froch fights at a much higher intensity,and Johnson only landed punches when Dawson let the pace drop and stood in range.Johnsons a pressure fighter,but i wouldn't decribe it as effective pressure,he plod's forward,pawing with the left hand to body and head,looking to unload the right hand.On the inside he works the body and throws short uppercuts,but Green didn't seem to have the strength or energy to brawl on the inside with Johnson,he would just try to clinch,take a breather then move.Froch will not be found wanting on the inside,he will have the strength and energy to bully Johnson on the inside.
Johnson also has an Abraham'esque defence,hands high tight to the face,Froch was able to exploit this against Abraham,by throwing wide looping punche's around the side of the guard.Green also found a ***** in this armour against Johnson,when he tagged Johnson with a good uppercut,and i'm pretty certain Frochs uppercut is more potent than Greens.
