Where is his chin problem? Since I've been going to his fights, I haven't seen him really hit with anything alarming..
I don't see where he is shaky with the chin. Why wouldn't this kid beat old Glenn? I got full confidence in him!
Well then, if your right & Fonfara comes away with a solid victory, I guess that should open alot of eyes, or will ppl say that Glen is finally shot? Which one is it, if you think Johnson can win?
Fonfara got KO'ed in 2 by this guy, who 11-2 at the time & now has a record of 18-8. Andrzej must have just gotten caught that night. It happens. He now has 9 KO's in his last 9 fights! http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=335060&cat=boxer Here he is getting beaten, but he was only 160lbs then. He's bulked up to 175 & isn't as much of a pencil neck as before. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=01oBAF3IE_w[/ame]
I know you didn't ask me but imo if Fonfara was to win, his win wouldn't be dismissed, although Johnson is definitely aged he gave a decent fight to Froch and although he was pretty much shut out against Bute he didn't look completely shot or anything. It would be an eye opener imo.
Fonfara was introduced to the crowd at the 2nd night of the Chicago Golden Gloves. the announcer was playing up that he was ranked "10th in the whole world". My wife put on her skeptical face and asked "by which organization?" she's learned so much about the sport. Johnson would be a huge step up for him I'd guess.
Byron Mitchell??! Seriously he was a very good powerful fighter back in the day. Still remember the brutal war against Julio Cesar Green! But he brought nothing to the table against Fonfara..nothing!! Johnson is on a different level. That doesn't mean he can't win. Depends on how much Johnson got left @175.
