Glen Johnson vs Carl Froch. Who wins and why?

The Froch who fought Kessler Johnson wins.

 

I dont think Johnson is better than Kessler. He is one of my favourite fighters, but frankly, Kesslers techinal skills were essential for him to overcome Froch. I think Froch would win this one, especially in Nottingham. And it will be there, I am afraid.

Froch. This couldn't fail to be a good fight but Carls youth, aggression, solid chin and awkward style would earn him a clear, competative decision.

Johnson in the Cloud fight was a little too easy to hit (and hurt) for my liking. Froch is going to be coming forward non-stop and I think he's going to land a lot of damaging punches.

I picked Johnson to beat Green and I'm delighted he pulled it off but I don't think he has enough left to beat the other guys in the Super 6.

 

I think Froch is gonna get KO'd by Abraham but against Johnson I think he'd win. I think he could outbox Johnnson to be honest.

 

Why would Johnson go into the Cloud fight out of shape? What a **** excuse

 

I'd pick Froch. No doubt GJ wins.

 

Looking 7lbs trimmer doesnt mean in better shape. The Cloud fight could easily been his last shot at the big time so why wouldn't he have trained like a demon for it?

 

froch's left hand at his waist might leave him open to those right hands johnson landed on green. johnson also places his shots really well. i might be bias, as johnson is one of my favorite fighters and froch is one of my least.

 

I'm still not sold on Frochs chin, i wonder if even a older more experienced fighter like Johnson can put Carl down permanently...
