thats a very noticable difference well in m8

 

Alright chaps. It was the final weigh in day today for me and me brother. He gained 3lb's and i gained 5lb's. Im not to happy about it but im not entirley suprised as its the christmas period.

Although my brother doesent seem to be intrested in another compotition im deffinatly going to carry on myself, gna be pretty hard without the motovation but gna see how it goes.

but keep it up like you say you are going to and anyway i think most people are abit overweight just now

 

Don't give up now! Don't worry about the holiday weight that happens. It just means you had a good time.

I gained about 5 pounds of beer and lard weight as well, don't sweat it.
