Update needed indeed I'm also interested in how the healthier diet effects your energy levels throughout the day.
Hey guys sorry for the very late update! Well things are going really well, im not to sure how much weight ive lost now as ive been hitting the gym hard latley and as we all know muslce weighs more than fat! My diet is probably in the best shape its ever been. Ive been sticking to 5 small meals a day with a few healthy snacks inbetween. Here's a typical day of eating: Meal 1: 2 pieces of brown bread marmite/peanut butter and low fat spread Apple/bananna Meal 2: Small portion of brown rice 2 Tuna fillets Meal 3: Lean mince with low fat bolognese sauce Small portion of brown pasta Meal 4: Steamed chicken Steamed veg Meal 5: 2 scrambled eggs Brown bread Snacks throughout the day: Fruit Almonds I havent got a clue about grams of protein, carbs and fat etc but i find it keeps my energy levels up throughout the day and i dont feel hungry hardly atall. Im a shift worker so ive found cooking a load of meals up in 1 day, putting them in little air tight tubs and bunging them in the fridge is the best way for me to eat while im working, it just saves me having to crack out the pots and pans at half 4 in the morning! To your pm DUNNERS, the only suppliment i really take is the odd protein shake when im to lazy to cook or prepare something for work. I would deffinatly take a meal ahead of a protein shake but id rather have a protein shake than nothing. Heres a pic of me when i first started and a pic of me a week ago the quality of the last pic is pretty ****. This content is protected Im off on holiday to Greece on Friday so I shall be getting a well needed rest from the gym. Im going to try and eat as healthy as possible. The livers going to get abit of a workout though!
