What, if anything, do you do to keep your gloves from reeking from all the sweat and oils left behind? It occurred to me a little baby powder might help, any reason why I wouldn't want to do that (obviously not doing it before fighting someone with them, I'm talking for hitting a bag)?

I trusted you, and it's over.
I just Googled "corpse flower" and this looked interesting. Can't believe it was another gay Jewish disabled artist with a trans name, can't throw a corpse flower seed without hitting one of us.
If you keep training, clean and dry will become your two favorite words. You'll do a lot of laundry and you need to get some antimicrobial wipes for the inside of your gloves and use them diligently. If your gloves have fungus and bacteria in them, like stanky gloves do, it can take a long time to get them right again. You need to clean them thoroughly and then let them dry out so everything dies off in there. When they are OK again, make sure to use a wet wipe on the inside then dry them off after each use. If they are smelly as hell, you need new gloves most likely. After awhile your old ones could maybe smell alright again with some care. Otherwise, get new gloves and keep them clean. Shoe deodorizers work, too. You are indeed welcome, my son.
