    For sparring I use a local brand, 16 oz. For bag work Ronin gloves, a kickboxing brand I think, about 8 oz.

    Lonsdale 16oz sparring gloves bought them on tuesday and are quality real little and great protection

    i sill use my Reebok 14oz alot aswell

    I use RBK amir khan lace ups for bag and pad work and a pair of lemarr lace ups that some one gave me
