    Defamation of character case against Floyd's camp and here's why...

    Nobody has said that they saw PAc doing roids. Free Speech in our country allows us to say anything we want no matter how bad it is. Nobody in Floyd's camp is guilty of libel, and no one has said that they saw PAc do roids which would be slander.

    This is the sole reason why Pac has no case. Pac's lawyers can bring up any interview they want about Floyd. Free speeech prevails in the UNITED STATES. Pac's people will not be able to prove that Floyd lied and said he saw PAc do roids. These types of cases rarely go to trial.

    Sorry Pac fans, but your boy did find a way out of this fight after Floyd gave the man 50-50 when he didn't have to. Floyd asking for the blood test is a stipulation Roach, Arum and PAc turned into an excuse as to why YOU they Floyd doesn't want to make 20 mil+ for 1 fight lol... Fans aren't stupid *******s...

    Good luck fighting Yuri Foreman...a man PAc won't even give time to make his first title defense...(Pac)****ing almost coward:lol:!

    that has nothing to do with a defamation case at all. its not witnessing and lying or not witnessing and telling the truth- none of that . Defamation is exactly as it sounds- to Defame. to reduce ones image - to undo ones public image and reputation. to damage ones earning capacity due to that- or cause inconvenience , stress to family , work , etc.

    Thats the case the Pacquiao camp are arguing. Im not saying they have a strong case- i believe they dont- but not for the reasons you state.

    Everyone who got sued for libel and slander: "Damn why did I just not tell the judge that freedom of speech allows me to say whatever I want then I would have won the case!"

    I guess then if ppl said: PBF went down on ODH then you don't have to have any proof or eyewitness statements to make such claims in interviews/media etc etc
