He need not to do that in the 1st place. If you think he cannot establish a valid case vs pbf, so as hes not answerable to pbf's false accusation. NSAC traditional test is good enough to support his greatness, what pbf is doing is imputing double standard to the minds of boxing fans.

If he do it for the spirit of sportmanship, look who's talking? an opponent who refuses to lose weight to fight a midget JMM.

  2. None taken. This is very much on topic - your topic. You say there are no limitations to free speech. I say there is. Well, the law says there is.

Hate laws for a start. But you're right; this isn't a legal website, and I'm not a lawyer. Maybe I didn't give a good example. As someone in law enforcement you must agree there are some restraints on speech.

    Anyway, back to boxing.

    you really are stupid lol

I also think Pac should take the tests, and I think the lawsuit is dumb.

But you make me want to change my stance simply because I don't like having any common views as you :hi:

    Simmer down a bit

Hate laws? :huh Maybe in your squalid excuse for a "free" country, wherever that might be, but not in the US. It's perfectly legal to call someone a ***, or any other name or combination thereof in the book. The only speech I know of which is criminally proscribed is language that might would place someone in imminent danger, or speech actions dealing with certain matters of national security. And those are extremely high hurdles for any prosecution to jump.

Why is this thread even necessary? The case have been filed already. In due time we will know the outcome. Lot's of lawyers in this thread. Judge Judy wants to have a lecture with you. Cut it out.

body builders are subject to the same exact type of tests so that really doesn't mean he isn't on anything. he just hasn't been caught(i don't believe he is on anything but i wouldn't be suprised if he did fail a RANDOM drug test)
