You have no reading comprehension at all. Your spelling and grammar is also awful.

Not once have I said gloves don't matter. Read again. Not once have I said gloves don't matter. They simply don't have the impact on the result of a bout you think it does. Again, they don't have the impact on the result of a bout you think it does.

You're going from second hand information. Steward is quite clearly exaggerating about Winning gloves being "pillows". It's the best way to describe to the casual fan the difference between the two gloves, along with stating that they do a better job of protecting the boxers hands. ALL 8oz gloves hurt. Certain brands of glove don't, again, they don't decide whether a KO/TKO happens.

Some of the statements you have made in this thread are ******ed. Claiming that boxers wear Winning gloves to survive the 12 rounds. Implying that Morales would have been knocked out in certain bouts if his opponents were allowed to wear Reyes gloves, but then pushing aside the fact that Morales hurt/was hurt and caused/received damage wearing those "pillow" gloves.

This is the last time I will say this. Boxers have a preference of glove. Again, boxers have a preference of glove. Every single boxer in the world has a preference of glove. If the boxer can get as much out of the negotiating process by having his opponent wear the gloves he wants, then he will try it. If the opponent signs the contract (no-one is forced to sign the contract) then that is down to them, they clearly don't have as much a problem with the gloves as you seem to have (ironic really when you have probably never even been within 10 feet of said gloves :-(...).

Finally, you're using the word "lightest" for your description of 8oz Winning gloves completely wrong. You describing them as lightest implys that they are actually lighter in weight, when in fact, they are all 8oz.
