I'd far rather see Khan face Mayweather. It's a much bigger event if you're English, for sure. Khan has a style that gives him a chance and will force Mayweather to show something different. Maidana? 12 round shut out to Mayweather.

 

As a fight I think Khan is more competitive, but people are put of by khans personality.

 

Meh, he beats both fairly easily. I'm voting for Khan in the hope that it will keep him quiet afterwards for a bit.

 

I want maidana, he deserves the shot more plus I see nothing exciting in watching khan throwing his pitter patter flurries for a few rounds with his average footwork waiting to see if floyd can spark him

 

Out of the two, Maidana deserves it more going on recent form.

That said though, even though Mayweather completely out classes each of them... Khan throws up more problems than Maidana does + he beat Maidana.

 

Maidana deserves it more Khan has lost two of his last four and got put down by a lightweight!

Maidana is coming off a good win and it is testament to how he has turned his career around after losing to Khan and Alexander.

Speed is nothing when it's not used properly and Khan's to fragile to carry out a gameplan against Mayweather who will walk to him, use his body as defence and potshot Khan and stop him. He will cut the ring off on him, Khan will move laterally and the smaller the space the more he will panic. Mayweather will pick off his flurries with body and right hand and start to jab and counter right hand.

When Khan panic's and can't get away he will pull full guard and Mayweather who's a excellent bodypuncher will let go and by the 5th Khan's energy will sap and it will be one sided and horrible to watch. If Mayweather's hands hold up he wins by stoppage in middle rounds...

Also Khans ring awareness is terrible have you ever watched his movement properly i can think of rank amatuers who have better Movement and Ring IQ

 

Yep his footwork is awful. Not educated it's just move, move, MOVE!!. And he moves into trouble..

 

The whole timing beats speed thing is one of the main reasons Brook v Khan has to be made.

Khan has declined massively since fighting Garcia, he's not fought enough or got his style sorted out under hunter yet. At least Maidana has some momentum in his career right now.

id rather see khan but maidanas more deserving. It's a tough one but for me give it to maidana, he earnt it. You can't just walk into big fights after getting ko'd then beating 2 bums (and struggling v diaz)
