I'm British anyway but you still haven't made a counter argument other than calling me a ****ing idiot or a ****stani.

 

In all likelihood neither option will truly test Floyd - but what makes people think Maidana will be a better fight?

 

Both will loose, but Khan is looking particularly bad at the moment. It would be an easy night for Floyd

 

Apart from the irrational hatred for Khan on this board, most Boxing fans would know that Khan is a better match up than Maidana period. Let's face it, styles make fights and Maidana is a horrible match up with Floyd. Floyd eats these kind of boxers up for breakfast. He will be hitting Floyd's arms all day long and he'll be lucky to win more than 2 rounds. Saying that, I like Maidana as a boxer, more than Khan in fact and there are much better match ups for Maidana, but this ones a pointless fight, especially for Floyd.

 

Agree with his modes of styles, it seems to confuse him somewhat. He needs to go back to his Roach style. He was quite successful with it, as long as he can minimise his stupid lunging.

Khan now ahead, the fix is in

 

For what we know about Khan is he will be more active than Floyd early on in the fight and win the early rounds, due to Floyd's inactivity. This is again down to Floyd, who is generally a slow starter. Khan will still lose but he still has a good jab and is quick enough to land. What has Maidana got in his arsenal that will counter anything Floyd does? Floyd fought a bigger, stronger and more powerful boxer in Saul Alvarez and beat him to a wide UD. Maidana holds no advantages over Alvarez and will lose by a bigger and wider margin.

Khan will make it interesting early on, Maidana won't even do that, no disrespect to him but Floyd is all wrong for him.

 

Khan will never win war of the jabs with mayweather

Maidana will at least be there for the full 12 rounds

Khan will last a few at best

 

Garcia timed Khan from round 2, Mayweather will be timing him from round 1

I watched Khan on the pads the other day he comes straight in, combo then straight out he will get caught alot

Plus Mayweather seems to be doing them right hook leads now I can see Khan getting stopped early

People say abkut Khan's speed but the only fight he ever looked good in was the Judah one. Maidana Peterson, Garcia, Diaz Khan looked average

 

Why even bother to vote-this fight is already done and Khan will be the b side to this farce of a fight.Don't be taken- in the voting count is already rigged in Khans favour.

 

Been saying this from the minute the poll went up, notice how the lead Maidana had has slowly ebbed away as Floyds team try to claw it back.

 

No ones rigging any poll. Floyd is over whelming favourite against both boxers and personally I don't want him fighting either of them. Problem is everyone is trying to cash on in the Floyd bandwagon, whether it's Khan or Maidana.

Realistically, only three fights are available around Floyd's weight class that'll test him, Pac, Thurman or Bradley. These two fights against Khan or Maidana, aren't worth the PPV at all.

I want to see Khan fight Floyd and let's forget this deserves it rubbish,it's about money.I predict nine interesting rounds......but that's only if Floyd fights Amir and Maidana on the same night!In fact Floyd could probably fight em both at the same time!
