After you read my case for Lomachenko, do you think the case is strong enough to contend with the likes of Teofilo and Savon?

    1. 396-1 (avenged only loss, twice). That record is scary and one of the very greatest lifetime sports feats ever.

    2. Adjusted to and mastered three different point scoring constructs
    a. The high scoring computerised system. Lomachenko was the Junior World Champion under this construct. Typical scores would be 36–26 for example.
    b. The point scoring system from 2007-2012 - forces a change to a far more economical style, less 'slapping' and 'fencing', more focus on cleaner shots.
    c. WSB, 6-0 with a 10-9 must system.

    3. 2 Time Olympic Gold Medalist, 2 Time World Amateur Championship Gold Medalist, 1 time World Amateur Championship Silver Medalist, European Gold Medalist.

    4. World Amateur Championships 2009 - Broke his hand in the first fight. Proceeded to win Gold whilst only conceding 7 point scoring punches in the whole tournament.

    5. Olympics 2008 - Won Val Barker trophy for best boxer, besting the consistent elite medalists.

    6. 126lb division was eradicated, forcing Lomachenko to move up to 132lbs where he was very small for the weight class.

    7. World Amateur Championships 2011 - arguably the most stacked resume for any one amateur tournament. 6 FIGHTS: Knocked someone out on a body shot in first fight, second fight beat a current big USA pro prospect, two Olympic Gold Medalists, and two Amateur Greats in Valentino and Toledo. The greatest single tournament resume was by Andre Ward in Olympics 2000, IMO.

    8. Olympics 2012 - Gold Medalist. His opposition were either large 135lbers or light welterweights just a year later.

    9. WSB - 6-0 against top opposition. Finished with a record of 402-1 including WSB.

    10. Teofilo's or Savon's opponents were not as accomplished.
