What do you contribute to the sport? You're an armchair fan who likes to see big fights. You have no interest in a boxer's welfare or financial future.

Not one of Eddie's fighters has yet won a world title. Right now Barker could have been a world champion with a big money unification fight on the horizon.

The hearns they try to put proper fights on regardless of anything else. If their fighter wants a world title shot and deserves one Eddie will try to make that happen sooner rather than later even if he's likely to get beat he at least let's them try. It's about putting the fights on that people actually want and not what's ways best for hearns pocket.

So they are good for that. Unlike Fish eyes who puts crap fights on over and over and over again. When the **** has fish eyes taken anyone to America?

Well, it wouldn't be that much anyway, but I don't see the major excitement of him as a promoter. His main fighters are Barker, McCloskey, Brook, Froch. With these four mainstream guys, it's not hard in getting them decent fights without boxing fans calling it a farce. With Froch, he was already in good fights due to the Super Six. McCloskey was hardly in any barn-burners which gave us any reason to compliment Hearn's match-making, was he? Same for Brook and Barker, although getting Barker a fight with Martinez was good.

The other things with Prizefighter is good, but again, it's no amazing feat which makes me think he's a 'breath of fresh air'.

His small stable gives him good control. I'm no Promoter but given a FW type of job, I'm sure it's a whole other level with the amount of fighters he has to deal with.

 

How world title fights has Eddie been involved in this year? How many has Frank been involved in?

Firstly I contribute to the sport by paying for the fights I watch and if its a good fight and I can spare a bit of money I will try to attend, Since we are all in a recession and moneys tight I feel Im doing my bit, I did box many years ago and if Im honest, I would still fancy my chances of knocking you spark out, but thats irrelevant, much like you mate. :good
