Glen Johnson: I'm a fan of Roy Jones and I think if the man can't bring a fight to me, there's a payday there, but I want to give the people entertaining fights. Roy Jones doesn't seem like he's going to bring a challenge to the ring, I'd love to make the money he brings to the table, but if I can't entertain the public when I'm making them, then I feel like I'm raping the people and I don't want to be a part of that.
I feel for Glen a bit, while I think a Joe Cal fight would be a decent one, I just don't see a reason why he would take it. Johnson has a ton of losses (most of them robberies, but still) he doesn't have a title, and he's in his 40's. I don't see him getting a really big fight any time soon, what is unfortunate, because he does deserve it. He's also one of my favorite fighters, so it's hard for me to admit this stuff, but I think Johnson will have a hard time getting a big fight anymore.
I really respect Glen Johnson and he deserves another shot at glory, I would like to see him fight Dawson, but I would hate to know what would happen to him in the ring
Does anybody NOT like this guy (seriously)???? He's probably the most liked, respected guy overall in all of boxing. I don't think I ever heard anyone say something bad about him.
