I thought it was he looked tired at the end of the 12th but he never really looked in trouble and the 115-114 scorecard was a joke.

I wasn't scoring the fight, but ALOT of people in the arena felt like Blackwell won the fight and left soon after in disgust.

Did anyone bother to score it at all?

Really? I didn't score it but felt BJS landed the more clean punches in most rounds even if he was on the backfoot most of the time.

Yeah, a load of jocks who'd made their way down for Burns were sat next to me and they left in disgust after the fight. I went for a **** straight after the fight and heard numerous people in the que voicing their opinions quite forcefully on the matter aswell.

I didn't score the fight and i did think Blackwell did well, but it didn't seem to me like he'd done enough to win.

I had BJS winning fairly comfortably, the Scene scored it a draw...

I think it's very harsh to score it a draw, fair enough Blackwell was the aggressor but wasn't landing much until the last couple of rounds.

I gave Blackwell 2 or 3 rounds max, more often then not he'd have Saunders backed up against the ropes
but he'd be hitting gloves and Billy would box his way out of it.

Spot on! i find it hilarious how one fight is viewed in such a black and white way.
This was a good learning fight for BJS. Blackwell is a tough nut , the reason he got beat early by Murray is because he went at Murray like a mad man and had more success first off cos Murrays movement isnt as sharp as BJS which lead blackwell down the path of destruction like sucker.

I don't think people realise how good Blackwell is.

    Blackwell beats him IMO.
