[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jx6pTSuVgZk[/ame] I was watching Tiozzo-Branco yesterday, and indeed, it was a pretty good scrap. But no matter the result, there is no way the Italian should not have been disqualified or at least deducted points (from 1:50 on). That referee was utter ****. Compare this to these 2 videos (Jones-Griffin 1 and Abraham-Direll). That's like 10 times worse than any of those.:-( [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vX8UoRpsrRY[/ame] [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KceqVTs6Eyg&feature=related[/ame]
If what you mean by this is "Lewis should've lost a point for holding", then I'd agree with you 100%.
Most blatantly biased/corrupt: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hD91QpMH5no[/ame] Most inept: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KsuWx0oR7J4[/ame]
The first one was stupid cause the ref could have had the champion killed. The second was dumb reasoning. I think I saw this fight and swept it under the rug of memories because of how disgraceful it was. What came of these fights? Any investigations or decisions overturned?
Uhmm That ref in that first video didnt do a bad job - least not in the video. Yes he should have AT LEAST deducted a point for the hitting when down. He caught 2 out of 3 slippages. Which is better than most ... So what did he do that was horrible can I cant tell from that vidoe you posted
The ref in the Coggi-Gonzalez 1 was banned for life. Gonzalez got a rematch, but lost. I don't remember seeing Paul Sita ref a fight after Gainer-Norwood.
