I'm going back to the gym on monday. Last time I went, the coach told me when I was ready to join the amateur team, that I should make my intentions be known. Here's the thing: I didn't do anything for 8-9 months (I know my workouts are pretty damn pathetic as of now). Should I ask to join now or should I wait/just spar/workout at the gym until I get in better shape?
you should ask if you can join and workout meanwhile. if you enter the team i reckon they have team trainings that you could join in on to get even better
