This will be the first time i see live boxing, managed to get a mate to come along with me (unreserved seats) before we head back to uni. Doors open at 6:30 and it starts at 8 so what kind of time to go along to get decent seats?? For those that dont know its on at york hall and i was wondering what there is to do after.

Also how much are drinks and that inside??

Thanks for any help excited to finally see some boxing live.

Glad someone noticed just checking if people are paying attention.

So aim to get there as soon as the door open or before?

Also drinks whats the damage going to be like? I aint got the money to go often so i wanna make sure i do it right.

No name tag but i will be with a guy who looks a cross between ****** beiber and paul McCartney but with a beard, that should be enough to make me recogniseable.

The bar at York Hall is small and soon gets gets packed solid. If you want a beer there is a pub nearby that lots of the fans go to beforehand. However sitting in the unreserved seats means that if you leave them to go to the bar they will get taken by someone else unless you have a really large mate who will stay behind and hold them for you !

    early.

I was in an hour and a bit early for the Burns-Martinez undercard and as my video shows it was a fantastic seat.

Its tricky with seats if you want a drink because you can only drink in the bar area with no view of the ring, so I'll probably end up sitting in a different seat for each fight.

York Hall is great cos pretty much all seats are good seats. Balcony view should be really nice. I've always sat on the ground floor and had no trouble other then when you get fans for say Akaash Bhatia etc who crowd in one place but gets sorted quick. Security there ain't always on the ball but you will be fine get in with about a hour/45 to go.

    C'mon Jeff

Get there early, find the shortest bloke in the press section and buy him a beer....

Once you've done that, try and bag yourself a balcony spot just behind one of the dancing girls.... you can stare at her arse between fights and she'll sit down out of your way when Jeffro is sparking mofos left right and centre.....
