Agreed. And he and Holmes are good buddy's now, which is great. I think they should have a little exhibition match between the two to raise money for the organisation there involved in. To help boxers out. Just a little light sparring lol. Mad as it sounds, I bet they d make some serious dosh.

I do believe Holmes was racial with him, kinda forced in to that role really...But once its all said and done and fightings long over, they probably **** themselves at what they said to each other! Neither guy is a racist, and if they are, then we all are too ! Loved hearing them bum suck each other in recent interviews

Iol I know. Most of the racist crap I believe was stirred up by Don King to help sell the fight. All water under the bridge now I suppose.

Don King, racist against his own people. Like a slave master back in the day the dirty piece of work

Oh yeah, u could fill this forum with story's about that weazle birm. When he finally pops his clogs I bet there ll be so much more coming out of the woodwork than we could ever have guessed. At the moment, certain people dare not open there mouth about him, in case he slaps a law suit on them.. Or worse. Once he's gone, mark my words, there ll be some tales to tell. He's as bad as the mafia.

I think the 1987 Spinks would beat any version of Cooney.

I'm not sure about Spinks v Golota.
Golota had better skills than Cooney and was awfully strong. But Spinks should not be underestimated and Golota often found a way to lose. It would be an interesting fight.

I cant see Spinks standing up to the hooks and hunger of Cooney at his best. Ripe for the taking when they fought
