Golden Boy gets Saul "Canelo" Alvarez!

Last guy he fought was actually really slick and took him the full 12.
I think he can handle them but definately troubled him more than a come forward fighter.

 

I have to imagine Soto Karass and Alphonso Gomez are out of the question as both are Top Rank properties. GBP probably won't do a co-promotion on that level until they're certain Alvarez is legit.

I'd like to say Mike Aranoutis is a good recommendation so kudos to whoever picked him. I'd also take a swing in the dark and suggest someone like Matthew Hatton or Lovemore N'Dou.
