Flores keeps pressuring behind his ineffective jab. Kavanagh is backed up until he gets enough distance between them to advance on his own terms, with his hands up and his head moving, beating Flores to the punch easily and not getting caught with anything. Hard overhand right by Kavanagh. Flores is whipping out wild hooks and clips Kavanagh by the temple with a couple of them despite the brunt being taken on Kavanagh's glove. Flores is completely selling out, hurling his arms without regard for technique as Kavanagh ducks and backpedals. Kavanagh rocks him with a HARD counter combo to the head. Kavanagh walks right through some windmills and bangs Flores in the face with short taps.

Round 6

Kavanagh lands a few head-snapping jabs and circles in close. Flores flicks out both arms at him from behind a loose guard and Kavanagh backs out of the way. Kavanagh is landing jab-cross-jab combos and single hooks as he keeps Flores spinning on his heels. Kavanagh is aiming right through the wild stuff from Flores, and knocking him back with hard reverberating head shots. Flores has a bloodied nose. Kavanagh walks into a suddenly straightened-out jab by Flores. Kavanagh moves his head to avoid any more punishmenbt as they come together and turn outward from each other, hip to hip. Flores chases Kavanagh around for the last ten seconds with some final slow swings.

Shutout for me. Doug Fisher gave Flores the first two rounds.

Round 1

Hunter is negative as hell after having stared Samir down from his corner. Hunter has his palms turned out to catch punches and is flying around the perimeter of the ring with potato-sack-race hops. Samir just stalks after him patiently, and works his way in with hooks to the body. Hunter is moving his upper body swiftly, slipping and blocking. A couple of jabs from Hunter. Samir keeps hooking his way in until Hunter launches himself away. Samir starts working in a few right hands. Hunter now returns fire to the body with some hard underhand cracks. They trade leather at mid-range, Samir coming forward with uppercuts down the middle and hooks to the body and Hunter low-hooking him right back.

Round 2

Samir is reaching all the way around with left hooks to the body, slamming them home unchallenged. Hunter is headhunting, and trying to push through hard volleys out of his guard as he uses his feet to stay in position. Nice slipping by Hunter as he ducks down and rolls his upper body on the inside while Samir tries to touch him. Hunter dives in and plants his head in Samir's right armpit, hiding out from the the clubbing power of his hooks.

 

Round 3

Samir flicks out his jab to back Hunter up and then starts ripping his hook off the front foot. Hunter takes one fairly well but is caught absolutely flush by one moments later during an exchange and is in SERIOUS TROUBLE, on ***** St. as he drifts to the ropes with Samir blasting away at him, and teetering on one set of toes as Samir hits him again with a hook and hammers him down.

It's over!!

It looks like Amir Khan, Paul Malignaggi, Daniel Ponce De Leon, Danny Jacobs, Adrien Broner, Andre Berto, Abner Mares, Ron Artest, Peter Quillin and ODLH

I guess Artest is a big boxing fan, he says he follows all the rest of those guys.

Khan plugs his McCloskey fight on HBO.

Malignaggi with his samurai haircut says he's got a big 2011 scheduled but doesn't want to give anything away.

Ponce De Leon speaks in Spanish, plugging his March 5th date. Adrien Broner does the same, in English. Berto, Mares and Quillin all pimp their upcoming dates as well.
