Kirkland a long time ago would have been a sweet firefight. Unfortunately it seems the train has been derailed a little bit.

Let's see him try his hand at Cotto, Dzinziruk, or Lara and see if he scrapes by.

I'd love this to happen, not yet though.
    Alvarez vs Cotto
    Ortiz vs Maidana II First.

ortiz fights bums because dibella owns 20 pct of the next 3 fights. 20 pct of gbp's revenue. they are better off fighting 3rd parties than gbp fighters.

I wouldn't be completely opposed to a Cintron fight. I mean he's a ****, but he's a good boxer-puncher and his fights are always entertaining.

Alvarez is a bum w/ a fake belt he got from Hatton. Ortiz by decapitation!

Oh the guy is no doubt a douchebag but I feel he is the best H2H light middleweight around right now. I may overrate him but I honestly think he can beat everyone aside from Margarito and (if he can still fight at 154) Martinez.

Can't see the fight happening with Top Rank courting Cintron, but it isn't a fight Alvarez should take if offered up. Maybe after Alvarez takes on his mandatory and then takes on the winner of the 154 tournament I've seen proposed. If he can come through that fight with Ortiz would catch my interest and would be a fight I would be pumped for.

They'd never risk Alvarez like that. Ginger bread is gonna be protected for a long ass time. They're trying to make Marquez fight the kid FFS

Will someone tell me what the hell came over Ortiz against Berto. . .

If that same Ortiz shows up, this would be one hell of a war. Ortiz comes out with the win, 147 or 154 imo. Canelo gets hit too much, lacks speed and head movement.

No way Oscar lets it happen, great match up tho.

I wouldn't call him a bum but I am a bit dissappointed. I just don't see Alvarez taking this very serious. He has the tools to be great but isn't putting in the proper work and committment. He's fun to watch, but he aint nothing special yet
