Khan is already fighting Miadana or JMM so if Alexander and Bradley fight each other, the winners can face each other. It'll be the same as a tourney.
They don't want to go "that route" with Khan. "That route" i.e fighting the best in your division - shocking. They are going the "shot lightweights" route.

Considering that G.B. promotes JMM, Maidana, Ortiz, and Khan, I envision them holding their own 140 lb tourney. Bradley and Alexander should just face each other and unify and then the winner can make some money fighting Judah. Maybe then G.B. would entertain either of them as an opponent for one of their fighters.
of course...thats how DLH was brought up...won his 130 pound title against worst belt holder in the division , a wbo title when the real champs were ibf,wba, wbc.... won 135 pound title against an ex 126 pound champion 140 pound title- legit win 147 pound title against whitaker, a fight people think he lost, and against a guy who was a former undisputed 235 pound champion 154 title... in 2001 there were 4 champs winky right undefeated harry simon Vargas Castellijo shocker that DLH picked the worst of the 4 when he won the title....
