Luna is a 21 year old Hawaiian-Mexican prospect hailing from SoCal with a 2-0 record to date and...NGL, he kind of makes Kingry look busted.

That usually makes a very attractive mix, for either gender.

 

10-9 DRIL, mostly just kept Gutiérrez on the backfoot with a jab and worked the body when he got him stuck in corners. Uneventful start.

 

Sudden left hook downstairs, KO2!

 

Classy lad, went over to glove-touch and make sure Gutiérrez was alright while he was getting his wrists untaped and looked at by medics in the corner. Love to see it. No gaudy unsportsmanlike backflips (looking at you, Foster )

 

Grant Flores, Jr. vs. Jaleik Bogle, 6 rounds @ welterweight

 

10-9 GFJ, kept alternating between a wild war on the outside or a close-range clinchfest

 

This is the much younger & greener Flores cousin (18 years old, 2-0), and it shows. Winning but not wowing.

 

"Jaleik the Freak" is getting treated like a carnival geek.

Flores is a decent body puncher but from what I've seen here, the other 2-0 prospect shown on tonight's card (Luna) has way more upside.
