Golden Boy Says Golovkin-Canelo Is Close To Being Signed...

First it depends on how the Chavez fight goes down and now out of nowhere it's close to being signed? Seems odd. Unless Chavez getting a nice sum for throwing the fight.

 

Golden Boy will say they don't have a pen to sign the contract in the end.

I dont know why people think canelo is scared of GGG. Yeh the whole dropping the belt thing TEXTBOOK DUCK, no excusing it

But since then he has done quite a bit to get a fight made with a low reward, extremely high risk opponent.

People **** on the 15m flat fee but considering how confident GGG is that hel win the 15m is not just the highest payday he will recieve by far but he also gets a huge p4p boost, and gets a win over the biggest star in boxing (besides pac who is leaving us soon no doubt).

What does GGG stand to lose in this fight?

And yet here he is saying its not enough and ALOT of you guys are defending it?

Well Oscar embarrassed himself again, in my opinion he is a walking contradiction.

On IFL TV, he is interviewed, says Chavez Jr Vs Canelo isn't about money, I repeat "it isn't about MONEY" apparently that fight is about "Pride and Honour". Now I understand it's an all Mexican fight but Canelos pride and honour has been savaged after he vacated to avoid a Golovkin fight..

But Golovkin is all about splits, money, percentages.

Can we just get a reason and stick to it? Why do they change the reason every month?

I just struggle to believe anything that comes out of GBP regarding Saul Alverez until it is confirmed by other parties. Im fairly certain nothing is any closer or further away from being done regarding a fight with GGG than it was last week, last month or last year.
