Marquez is all of a sudden shot after he fights Mayweather? atschatschatsch

Seriously. Yes the guy is getting on but in no way is he shot.

 

Khan's height, reach, power, speed and jabs will keep JMM from getting close to him. JMM is not shot but he is well past his prime. Khan by UD or TKO.

 

Marquez is old but still a good fighter at 135, if he wants the payday then fair enough he can take on another bigger, stronger guy.......and another loss.

 

the rough fights concern me too.
and the fact jmm is about to be in another rough fight. Diaz is declining quickly but he is going to hit you a ton of times unless you break his spirit like nate did. JMM isnt that kind of fighter

 

The last fight in which Marquez won, was a fight which saw him go life and death with a Juan Diaz. So I think at his age, it would be asking too much of him to go up and face young Khan who's on a hot streak. Even if he does manage to win impressively in the rematch against Diaz, it should not fool you in to thinking he is capable of beating Khan.

This fight is all wrong for Marquez, who I think should remain at 135 and grab a impressive victory over Katsidis instead. Schaefer's only thinking from business point of view, and showing very little respect to JMM in the process.

 

Unless marquez is shot, i see him knocking out khan in this fight. Khan do have the speed advantage but his defense is still not that good. I can see marquez countering khan all day and hurting him. Marquez by KO
